Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
